Fall Happenings

I got a new catalogue printed of my watercolors/giclees. My best friend here in Santa Barbara, Peggy Ferris, happens to be the best graphic designer in town and she did a stupendous job designing it. Let me know if you'd like me to mail one to you. Here is a link to the images on it:

This month I'm having a show at The Good Cup up on the Mesa in Santa Barbara in the same shopping complex as Lazy Acres (the best natural food store in town). The Good Cup is a sweet coffee shop with wonderful coffee and a relaxing place to hang out inside or out. It's very chill and really nice girls working there. I have a mix of original watercors and giclee prints totalling 12 pieces. I was amazed that I was able to hang that much work in such an intimate space. They also have an amazing collection of art notecards for sale. Check out this fun hang out!

I also hung a show last week at The Bricks Cafe at 509 State Street in downtown Santa Barbara. It's a cool, old, classy building with a classic bar and high ceilings. It feels like stepping back in time to be in there. They have live music several nights a week and comedy from L.A. on Thurdays. They boast being the only late night eaterie in town and it's owned by the same guy who owns Bueno Airies. Since it's a large space with large walls I hung large florals in the front and 4 nudes in the back which is a cozier, private space.
